Organising Army Work Experience

Booking information

• Each session can accommodate a maximum of 10 students. Schools are welcome to make multiple bookings across different weeks, but each visit remains limited to 10 students to ensure fair access for all schools. Large group bookings (e.g., groups of 40) can no longer be accepted.

• A completed booking form is required to secure a place. We are unable to reserve spaces without this information.

• Transport arrangements to and from the camp are the responsibility of the school or parents/carers.

• All bookings must be made directly through schools.

Chaperones

• Chaperones are not mandatory but if a school or college chaperone is attending, their details must be provided at the time of booking.

• Accommodation cannot be arranged until chaperone details have been submitted.

Army Work Experience Poster

The Army Work Experience programme aims to build confidence, teamwork, and awareness of Army careers.

This poster can be used to help promote a four-day Army Work Experience programme to show how it gives students a hands-on introduction to Army life.
