Army Experts

Well-Being

Five short sessions on mental resilience that easily fit into tutor time, each with a video.

Based on the five psychological skills that are taught as part of the Army’s Mental Resilience Training programme, these resources help equip students with effective strategies to manage stress, build coping methods and promote positive wellbeing.

Suitable for students aged 11-16, each session features short, flexible wellbeing activities that include reflective tasks and practical advice from our Army Experts. The lessons can be used as standalone sessions or as a suite.
