Well-Being

Our minds (thoughts, feelings and concentration) are directly connected to our bodies. Things happening to our bodies will affect our minds and our mental well-being.

In this lesson students will:
• Explore the connection between our bodies and our minds
• Analyse how food choices, physical activity and sleep can all impact on our mental wellbeing
• Evaluate different strategies for making positive changes around food choices, physical activity and sleep

The lesson is supported with an engaging film that gives the topic real-life context and provides excellent discussion points for your class on Healthy Minds.
