A strong support network can be critical in helping young people through the tough times, whether they've had a bad day at school or undergoing significant life changes.

In this resource, students will identify the importance of support networks, understand the different types of support and analyse the barriers to seeking support. It is paired with an engaging film that provides real-life contexts around different support networks.

The Support Network resource supports the PSHE / Health and Wellbeing curriculum learning. It can be used independently, or with other BASE mental wellbeing lessons to build and strengthen learning.
