299 Para Sqn is an Army Reserve unit that is part of 23 Para Engineer Regiment; the Regular Army unit that provides close engineer support to 16 Air Assault Brigade. We require physically fit and mentally robust soldiers capable of passing the Airborne Forces Selection Course (P-Coy). The Army Reserve Parachute Engineer unit is inclusive with parachute and non-parachute members working side by side; our ethos is ‘all to one end'.
