210 (North Irish) Multi-Role Medical Regiment (MMR) is a unit which provides integrated Primary Healthcare, Pre-Hospital Emergency Care, Medical Evacuation and Deployed Hospital Care capabilities utilising specialist small teams of clinical professionals from across the Medical, Dental and Allied Healthcare Professionals spectrum. 210 (NI) MMR provides improved tactical flexibility, agility, clinical continuity, and credibility to the Operational Patient Care Cycle.

204 Hospital Squadron providing Deployed Hospital Care utilising surgeons, pharmacists, doctors, nurses and the spectrum of Associate Health Practitioners to deliver Role 2 Damage Control Surgery and stabilisation as the first stage of Deployed Hospital Care.

253 Medical Squadron provides uses specialised Pre-Hospital Treatment Teams working from versatile and highly manoeuvrable Medical Treatment Facilities to deliver Role 1 Primary Care, Pre-Hospital Emergency Care and Medical Evacuation capabilities.

111 Support Squadron provides the infrastructure and deployable support capability to the Regiment. This includes Clerical, Motor Transport, Logistics, Catering, Environmental Health, and Training delivery elements enabling the two clinical squadrons to operate effectively at home and on operations.
