Trained to operate by day and night in any weather conditions, the SNIY are a Reserve Light Cavalry regiment. Specialists in mounted and dismounted recce, we're equipped with the Jackal Armoured Fighting Vehicle and the full suite of mounted weapon systems, BOWMAN secure radios and thermal and night sights. Our role is to find the enemy and report on their activities.
