Bursaries & Scholarships
Support for students who want to join as an officer after university
If you're studying for school or university, you may be able to get financial support from the Army. Here's what's available and who it's for.
The Army offers a range of financial support packages, bursaries and scholarships to selected officer candidates during further and higher education.
All bursary or scholarship applicants will need to:
Meet the officer eligibility standards
Pass the Army Officer Selection Board
If you’re joining as a Soldier you will be taught a trade as part of your day job – and there are even opportunities for you to get a fully paid degree.
The financial side of the scholarship massively eases the pressures of uni life, and it means I can focus on enjoying life at university even more.
