When it comes to joining the Army Reserve, one of the biggest questions we hear is about how it will fit in with the day job?

We spoke to Reservists from the London Guards who talked about their experiences and how by being a Reservist, they manage to get the best of both worlds.

The Employers

Many Reservists find that their employers are supportive of their activity - not only offering the support and flexibility around any Army Reserve commitments, but also recognising the leadership and teamwork training that their employees receive.

The Opportunity

The Reservists we interviewed also talked opportunities they have enjoyed in the Army Reserve, how they have enjoyed the challenges that they have experienced, without giving up their civilian life.
