THE BRITISH ARMY'S COMMUNICATION ENGINEERS

New Role: Cyber Security Specialist

Are you ready to put your technical skills to work and operate in the cyber domain? The Army’s Cyber Direct Entry Pathway offers an accelerated route into one of Defence’s most critical domains. This is your chance to apply your knowledge of cyber security, networks, and digital systems in a role that truly matters.

In a nutshell:

  • We're looking for talented individuals with specialist cyber abilities

  • Work alongside cyber experts from all three services, as well as government partners and international allies

  • Work on projects ranging from simulating cyber attacks to evaluate and strengthen Defence systems to designing strategies to protect sensitive data and critical platforms

  • Bespoke Military Training – A primary focus on your cyber expertise, whilst ensuring you have the necessary fundamental military skills

  • Military benefits, including the opportunity to take part in adventurous training as well as subsidised housing, medical, dental and an Army pension

  • Starting salary of £42,782
